For those of you drinking these or giving your kids them thinking they are to rehydrate you…think again!
If this is all you drink then you are doing your body some serious damage.
Imagine walking through the desert dying for some water, but instead of water you find a cup…then with that cup you scoop up some sand and drink it… disgusting right?
Well that’s what you are doing to your body on a cellular level. These drinks will actually dehydrate you, but because it makes your mouth wet you think it’s job is done. Stop moaning about water, suck it up and be healthy. I’m not going to talk about the importance of water when trying to lose weight because it should be common knowledge now….
Love your kids? Well replace the cup full of sugar with some water a few times a day… it will be the best thing you do for them!
