Strength & Conditioning Training

Strength and conditioning circuits. We mixed some plyometrics with some strength training.

Plyometrics is a brilliant way to incorporate fast twitch muscle fibres and increase speed.

Strength training is of course to help with building muscle tissue and increased power.

A perfect combination makes for a perfect training session for rugby players.

But this can be applied to many other sports. For sport specific training, please send a message.
