Hoylake Rugby Club Session

Here’s the rugby squad circuit doing a very tough session. 1 cardio, 1 legs and 3 upper body. They performed it 60s on 30s of x2 and did the circuit twice. Hats of to all who attended… this class is now open to the public on a Monday night at 7:30pm-8:30pm. Get involved!
