Will severely sprained his ankle a few months ago. It put him out of the season and on crutches for about 6 – 8 weeks. He carried on training even when on crutches, as we always found ways to exercise.
I have been training with Rhys for just over a year. When I started I could barely touch my toes! I was over weight and had really low self esteem. I have been seeing Rhys for over 18 months – he is a first class trainer. In my case he has improved my flexibility, eliminated a back issue, improved my core strength and encouraged me to shed over a stone in weight – he is a really nice guy as well.
