Soluble and non-soluble
Soluble dissolves in water (so can be digested) and non-soluble can’t.
When you eat fibre they essentially yield ZERO calories and actually COST the body calories as it tries to access the energy within.
PLUS it does NOT have an effect on insulin levels, so no body fat storage here.
