Will severely sprained his ankle a few months ago. It put him out of the season and on crutches for about 6 – 8 weeks. He carried on training even when on crutches, as we always found ways to exercise.
I wanted to give everyone an insight to my daily regime. So as always I begin with about 20 minutes of mobility work. As you can probably see, I need it, this is important as the stress i put on my body on a daily basis needs loosening up to prevent the risk of injuries.
